What's wrong with my fox face?

Just noticed a spot on my rabbitfish. It's right below his spot on his side. It's whiteish in the middle with a darker outline.

Is it just the one spot? Looks kind of like an injury. My one spot gives himself a nasty scrape from time to time due to his spastic behavior. It's kind of amazing how fast he heals.

It is just the one spot. It's raised a bit. I was also wondering if it was caused by h hitting the live rock. I'm hoping that's all it is.
