Need water params. What lights was it under when you bought it? What lights is it under now? Its out some, so it may just be acclimating.

well i got it like 3 months ago and it was under LED lights. Im using the same LED lights. water params- temp 78.5, salinity 1.025, phosphate 0, ammo 0, nitrite 0, nitrate 0, cal is 480ppm its high for some reason, alk 8dKH at first i thought it was getting too much light but i moved it around and it seemed to open up a little but then i think it was in too much flow since my cube 45 is almost an SPS tank now. its currently in my 20 gallon long right now. it does have these little white bugs that look like tiny copepods. everything else in my tank looks fine.

Wow, everything looks great!! How about Mag? If its been opening up before, then something has changed, have you added anything new? Has a water parameter suddenly changed unexpectedly? Have you tried to feed them?

unfortunately i dont have a test kit for the mag. but i really havent changed anything except for flow and maybe up'd the lighting. I have the reefbreeders value led fixture and its over my 25x25x18 cube. no i havent dipped it all. i think the little bugs are just copepods lol could they be bothering it?

Nice. I'd find out if he's wanting something to eat. Might try to target feed. Tank looks very nice. I take it you are acclimating quite a few corals to LEDs?

i just fed it mysis shrimp and its eating but just not extending..

Ok, if you just fed em, now we wait a bit and see what happens. Might do the tirck. Or he throughly hates where he's at. If thats him in the lower left corner of shade, might see if he want a bit more light.
