Whats wrong with my puffer

Came home for lunch today and hes looking lime this. What is it? How can i fix it?

Looks like stress spots to me. The tank appears to be cloudy. Have you checked your ammonia? Running carbon? Added anything new to the tank lately?

Yeah all parameters are good
Running carbon which needs to be changed. Boyfriend tends to overfeed the frozen krill. And just recently way over fed tank. Only added 2 fish to tank. Ummmm spotted grouper and cowfish i believe
