Whats wrong with my puffer?

So he ate his usual froze krill yesterday. Today he wouldnt touch it. Noticed he was laying around more yesterday then usual. Today notice this white spot where it looks likes he been rubbing against a rock. Looks like a scratch.

Wow looks almost like a wound like he swam up under a rock and scraped his back??

What are his tank mates?

I got him in QT now. But he was with paired clowns, coral beauty, file fish, goby, midas blenny and clouded wrasse. I found the culprit. My clouded wrasse was messing with him.

So now the question is, what to do to help heal him up? I have him in at now. What can I add? Ive been trying to get the copper out of my QT tank but haven't been successful yet. Current copper level is .21 with fritz copper safe

Not sure as to what medications may help with that but copper is definitely not the answer. Isolating him from the aggressor is good and just keep him eating with quality foods so skip that krill it’s terrible for puffers. Try soaking his food in selcon or other vitamin supplements.

Also once you get him healed up you’re going to have to figure out what to do about the wrasse. He’s established and you already know he doesn’t like the puffer so you’ll have to contend with that so try to have a game plan to avoid round 2.
