What's wrong with my sunburst anemone?

I got a sunburst anemone a week ago and it was looking great. Now something brown and stringy came out of it's mouth. The mouth looks inflated (see pic). Did it just poop?

Are there any other anemones in the system? CSBs and other high end nems are very sensitive to chemical warfare between varieties. If it is a wild 'sunburst' i wouldn't worry to much, they are pretty durable and nems seem to cycle through phases of 'happiness'. If it is a high end nem, i'd start treatment with cipro right away as they can be pretty fickle.

How long has your tank been set up? Nems also require a fairly stable/long term set up tank.
