Whats wrong with my tank

I use the shower water then I mix it with salt
Sometimes, hot water heaters have crud in them from their cathodic anodes decomposing. I prefer to aerate cold tap water and use an aquarium heater to bring it up to temperature.
That said, the hot water from the shower by itself didn’t kill the fish.
Are there any invertebrates in the tank? If they are fine, that points away from a water issue and more to a fish disease.

Those catholic anodes really are a problem... I prefer the secular ones myself ;)
