Over time the clear areas have spread and some of the tentacles are getting it as well. Not seen this before. Any ideas would be great and thank you.

Looks healthy to me. Opaque spots indicate lack of light. It's normal as they grow, some areas will be shaded but if the tentacles receive light the head should be able to grow and be healthy.

Overall it's stay decently puffy. The tissue along the skeleton has receded a little bit but not much, I'm guessing it would be more because of the blenny that loves to u-turn against it before wiggling into it's cave. My tank is on t5 led hybrid and gets decent amounts of light, but that section that is white/clear is on the under side of where the light would be the strongest. Never had a torch do that before. Was a bit worried.
