Losing its scales/color? Not other fish (blue cleaner wrasse, red Firefish, purple Firefish, and 2 clowns) are showing any signs of disease/parasites.

two things- This fish is thin and not getting proper diet likely and seems to have a bacterial issue which will require treatment using either seachem neoplex or maracyn 2 in a quarantine setting with an air stone for added aeration. The redness may have stemmed from an injury from rocks or hiding area
