Whats wrong with my zoas?

Hey I just got home today to find one of my zoa frags with white/clear string stuff coming out of them. They where perfectly fine yesterday and oppen now they are half closed with this stuff coming out of them. Should I be concerned? Not that it really maters but these are pretty expensive zoas and I only got them a week ago. Are they dying?

They are on an isolated rock, with another frag of different zoas. Nothing is near them

If your parameters are all good I would just leave them be they should be all good.

Should I remove the slime? Or do they do it when they are making a new head or maybe getting too much food?

It will retract no need to do anything, I had this issue when my tank was just starting out. Are you target feeding?

I just grabbed a pipet and sucked it up. All came off at once.

I do target feed 1ce a week with coral food but the zoas are in a spot where the food I feed my fish sometimes passes them by the way the flow is. They have closed up cause I took it out hopefully they open in a while.

Once a week is good! And okay should be all good now just give it some time!

Yeah man, I do see the mysis getting stuck in thair mouths sometimes but the cleaner shrimp always comes and eats it

Also Idk if u know much about gsp u might be able to see it in the background. I got that at the same time with maybe 20 polyps and now it's around 30, I knew they grow fast but dang that's rapid its only been a week ahah
