Thanks @Brew12 Any advice for treatment ..I know fungal infections aren't common on marine fish, but they are possible and this sure looks fungal to me!

Could be a bacterial infection. Here's @Humblefish 's symptoms and treatment plan. Note the highlighted/red section. Have also found that a combination of Neoplex & Triple Sulfa to work pretty good on these types of infections. Beautiful fish. Best of luck.
Bacterial infections:
Symptoms - Sometimes it's self-describing: Popeye/cloudy eyes, fin & tail rot, dropsy (bloated fish), etc. But some other bacterial infections, such as furunculosis, hemorrhagic septicemia, etc., can have varying visible symptoms. Any redness or open sores/wounds on a fish should be viewed with suspicion. Also, a white film or fungus-looking growth may denote a bacterial infection. It’s important to note that in many cases a bacterial infection is usually secondary in nature to a parasitic infestation such as ich, meaning if a fish has been battling ich for a while then his immune system has been lowered. This makes infection more likely for many opportunistic, harmful bacteria.
Treatment options - Broad spectrum antibiotic medication i.e. one that treats both gram-positive and gram-negative bacterial diseases. Examples of this include Furan-2, Kanamycin aka Seachem Kanaplex, Nitrofuracin Green Powder, Triple Sulfa Powder, or a combination of using both Erythromycin & Minocycline. The latter can be accomplished (albeit expensively) by using freshwater Maracyn 1 & 2 and then doubling the dosage for saltwater use. When battling a particularly nasty bacterial infection, combining Furan-2, Kanaplex and metronidazole (ex. Seachem MetroPlex) can be very effective (and safe). Props to “hedgedrew” for enlightening me of this.

I know we use Fluconazole for treating Bryopsis, but isn't it also an anti-fungal used commonly in fresh water?

I feel bad actually ..kinda feel like its my fault .. she had been having problems with high po4 2.0 and no3 100 , i advised her too do Some water Changes too bring the no3 down ..for the po4 i advised she dosed DSR eZ Carbon .. that was a week ago .. since shes started dosing shes lost a few corals ( heads of torches and rock flowers ..) and now today she sends me this .. ive advised her too stop dosing and she has done a large water change .. she has no sump on the tank and just a hob with a skimmer .. ive advised her now too run Some Rowaphos on the tank , this is now the 3rd tank ive seen almost destroyed from using DSR .. i know two others here in Holland .. one had almost quit the hobby because his tank was so bad .. i myself was planning on dosing the dsr Carbon Tomorrow but thats not gonna happen now .. i feel so bad for her now
