I am guessing (( more hoping )), that they are in the middle of setting up a new tank. It seems like there is a stand (( larger than the tank on the chairs )) behind everything. Everything looks to messy for a long term set up -- at least to my OCD eyes.

Honestly I dont think this one is that bad at all. Atleast you dont have anything on the glass.
