I have used or tested most and it beats them.
Some are pretty close.

I've had a Reef Octo recirculating skimmer forever. I think the part model number was like NWS150... 6" OD X 24" tube + neck & cup. I've replaced the recirculation pump once and the needle wheel impeller twice. Yea... the crappy OTP pump, but it works. It has rock solid level control, allows me to choose the flow rate by changing supply pumps, and the construction is still solid after over 10 years. It still makes a ton of foam and skims my 90 gal system way too effectively.
