What I've found interesting is that even though my body is 50, the little voice inside still seems to be the same as it was when I was in my early 20's. It may be a bit wiser now than my twenty-something year old self, or it may very well be that my 50 year old body now keeps it in check!

The last couple years I've been wondering to myself when I am going to grow up. Came to the conclusion that i'm not. I'll handle my adult responsibilities, but I'm pretty sure i will be a kid at heart until the day I die

I'm 29. I started my first reef in the summer of 1993 when I was 11. That was 24 years ago. ;Wideyed I suppose that makes me 35, not 29. Dangit. ;Shifty Whatever...it's the same age bracket for this vote thread anyway. Pffft!

I started reefing because my 12 yr old asked for a salt water tank instead of an iphone for her 13th birthday, and now we are in deep...but still have almost everything to learn, and are just happy nothing is dying at the moment!

61. Waited till late in life to find my two favorite hobbies in the world! Started keeping reefs 5 years ago at age 56 and started diving a year later. Is it coincidence that they are both pretty expensive hobbies?
