Currently in my 120 it would be my convict tang. Dont have an all time but it would be an angel of some type if I had a bigger tank.
I really liked my cherub pygmy angel but he liked my acros more than I like him. Had to rehome him.

French Angel
They are just so fun to scuba dive alongside. Personality like no other fish.

in a reef tank my favorite is tied between Copperband Butterfly and Mandarin.

Really difficult for me to determine which is my favorite. The most expensive is the Diamond Tail Flasher and the hardest and most rewarding once I finally able to keep one is the Regal Angel.

My Cirrhilabrus solorensis wrasse was a favorite for me. It was like a dog when I worked in the tank. Always swimming around my hands to see what I was doing. When he was dying, he swam into my hand for me to hold. Loved that fish.
