What's your favorite small (300-400 gph) return pump?

I'm looking to get a good return pump for my frag setup. Not looking to go crazy, but I do want to be sure it's decent quality. I'm thinking maybe 300-400 gph.

Which ones do you guys recommend?

I like the Sicce Syncra series. Super reliable and perfectly quiet. I think that the 2.0 would do what you need and it can be dialed down with a dial on the front of it to restrict intake

I've been using the Eheim compact+ 2000 for about a year. 528 gph max. So far, so good. Very quiet. Sells for $70.

I'm using a maxi jet 1200 at the moment with acceptable results. It is very quiet, cheap, and easy to clean. I was using two but took one out because I didn't see the need for the extra flow. Depending on distance from sump to tank it may not be a viable option. Mine is going up about 4 ft. through 1/2" tubing and I'm getting about 80 gph actual flow. The cobalt mj1200 is probably a better option of the same design. I have read some people say the impeller design is not best for this use, and they are probably right, but so far I'm satisfied. If I have to change it will be to a sicce syncra silent 1.5 which is about three times the price. I don't believe I will change any time soon though with my current needs.

I'm not impressed with the new model Quiet Ones Just my op. the sicce pumps cost more but are much better in pushing water.

I used tghe Sicce 1.5 on a 27 gallon cube with eshopps cube sump for awhile. The pump was silent and worked great!
