What's your favorite supplement?

With all the different products on the market, what is your favorite supplement, what do you use it for, and just as importantly, how do you measure how well it works?

Kalk in my ATO. Good for ph as well as Ca / Alk levels for my SPS. I use kalk 2 from brightwell,

IMHO most supplements are snake oil. I know way too many reefers who have gorgeous tanks and colorful, healthy coral and don't use any supplements at all.

This can be a difficult hobby, especially for newbies. And the market is just chocked full of tricks and expensive junk that say they will make your system better. I think 90% of it is a waste of money.

Just my 2 cents worth of advice... and 15 years of experience.

I am in the process of trying out ESV TE + right now. I wanted to keep the dosing scheme to an absolute minimum without compromising the health of my animals. I can sorta agree with Ron Reefman that a lot of products are useless but without doing water changes like me, you will have to dose something to keep parameters in check.

I occasionally use AcroPower every once in a while but other than that, nothing is added except for 2 part .

My fav supplement is a WC using Fritz RPM drymix and RODI water

My fav way to control no3 po4 is to do a 50/50 mix of 80proof vodka to vinegar. Shotglass of each. Randy Holmes Farley says the 50/50 mix is super close to what Nopox is
