What type of maintenance routine does everyone have on their tanks? What do you do, when do you do it, and why?

Here's mine:

Dose Amino Acid
Dose Lugol’s solution

Weekly
Test parameters & log them.
Clean skimmer neck.
Check bubble rate & effluent rate on CaRx
Broadcast feed artemia & coral frenzy for corals. Target feed LPS with Mysis and Cyclopeeze.

Bi-weekly
Measure salinity of DT
Swap filter socks

Monthly
~20% Water Change
Swap GFO
Swap GAC
Trim chaetomorpha

Quarterly
Disassemble pumps & soak in vinegar.
Clean air inlet for skimmer

Annually
Swap EcoBak
Replace rubber hoses to/from reactors to prevent clogs.

As Needed
Fill CO2 cylinder for CaRx
Swap DI Resin, Carbon block, & filters in RO/DI

As a college student, my maintenance can be somewhat sporadic. But here is what I try to stick to.

Daily:
Feed fish
Check and make sure no coral have been pulled over or moved by urchins or snails
Turn over snails that can't re-flip themselves
Use mag-float to scrape glass
1 drop of lugol's iodine
top off tank

Weekly:
12 gallon water change
change filter sock
clean protein skimmer (I clean it more than once a week sometimes if it's skimming wet)
dose microbacter
pick off any unsightly algae- gotta love that HA stage
Monthly:
Clean powerheads
change carbon
scrape glass with a razor blade and scrape back glass with razor blade

What I have yet to do but need to do soon (tank is only 8 mos old)
clean sump
clean and soak return pump in vinegar
clean skimmer bump
clean bio-pellet pump
