I'm currently running out of my coral food and trying to decide which to go for, Coral Frenzy or Reef Roids.
What are your experiences and preference and which would you recommend?

Both are similar, and I have used both. You can't go wrong with either one. Currently I'm trying Dr. Eco System Egg Brew. So far it seems promising. It seems to be the only thing that's gotten my goniopora to extend its polyps again, since it's started to go downhill, but it makes my skimmer go nuts since it is just eggs.

They type of corals you're feeding will affect which one you will ultimately choose.

For my sps corals & softies I just rely on poop, whether it's fish poop, snail poop whatever. For my LPS corals though, live black worms would be my go to food.

I mix Reef Roids with LRS Reef Frenzy chopped finely, once a week. No complaints from the tank.

Thanks for the input guys. I unfortunately don't have many fish but I do have a bit of snails. I think I.ll go with coral frenzy cause that's what I use now and have gotten a good response in the tank so far, don't fix it if it ain't broke right :)

I use the Reef Nutrition Oyster feast along with some BRS Reef Chili and between the two it feeds everything in my tank. I get a great response from my corals and it covers anything in the tank from LPS to SPS. Some coral pick up extra pieces of mysis that I feed my fish daily. The coral feeding happens once a week at the most and that seems to keep my parameters in check for my smaller tank. Hopefully this helps. Happy Reefing

Frozen foods, reef chili and a custom blend my lfs makes. My fish eat the lfs blend also they go crazy for it. I think a little of everything is good. How would you feel if all you ate was chicken everyday.
