Whays that salinity help please?

Mixinf station temp is 78F. And this is my hydrometer reading.

I took a proper sample in a cylinder and its that now. Calibration temp is at 77.5. My milwauke saying its at 1.025 and my refractometer at 1.026 can u please me man. Im super lost and need to do a water change

I would trust that hydrometer more than the others. As long as you don't let it touch the cylinder
