Whelk problem

I had a whelk that hitch hiked on a rock and its has killed every snail i had how do i get rid if it

Pull it out of the tank? Unless I’m missing something here.
A whelk is a larger snail that should be easy to pluck out.

Use another snail as bait...when he comes out remove him.
