Is it safe to say you can get coral at any shop as long as you dip them very good for example I know this store that sells 3 corals for 20 bucks but then i know another store that sells there coral for 25 a piece ? What do you guys think

Biggest thing is that it's healthy to begin with. You want to avoid corals that are on their way out just to try and save few bucks. If they are both of equal health go for the deal.

What do you look at to see if it's healthy or not?

Stay away from any coral showing exposed skeleton, white in color.

Exposed skeleton when open. Polyps or heads not opening. Bleached out or over ran with algae where it's choking out the coral causing tissue loss. You basically want a vibrant open and healthy looking coral. Always dip and remove any algae you can that's on it.Inspect very closely use magnifying glass to see pest or eggs. Most dips won't kill eggs. Qt if possible pest are better delt with before entering your display. Hopefully this helps some.
