When can we expect to see Sinularia Levi in our hands?

Hey folks, I'm new to R2R and salt in general, I've been gobbling up as much knowledge as i can as fast as i can, and while i was browsing reef builders, i saw the discovery of the new leather Sinularia Levi. My question, and topic of discussion, is when are distributors and LFS going to start getting it in?

Which area is it in? Is collecting even allowed there?

And it looks to be primarily in the red sea. Thanks shred, can't link too well from my phone.

From what I have heard in past months there are a lot of issues getting anything from the red sea. Most of the region is a war zone and heard things like supply down and prices up on things like purple tangs because of it.
