When I'm super ticked off....

I find that when I'm working on a project and get frustrated and overwhelmed I'll get up and sit down in front of the tank and just stare. The Duncan's swaying in the current, and the clowns swimming in it; Watching my snails and hermits do their jobs, and my other fish swimming around just relaxes me. And then I'm able to complete whatever it was I was working on :)

It is weird, but the only time I really look at my tank, is as I am walking by....and that is usually to look for potential problems. I think I need to relax more.................:(

I was moving the kitchen counter barstool over in front of the tank so much to sit and stare that my wife finally bought the tank its own stool for me to sit on.

@Sierra_Bravo I am here. I kept the stand at 40" for this purpose!

Oh yeah. Such a stress buster. I zone out completely. My wife has numerous pics of me staring at the tank!!!

Thank goodness I'm not the only one. My husband hasn't resorted to picture taking...yet.

I think so too! Great byline, BTW.

Love watching the fish and softies flowing in the current.

Lol, grateful that the softies are the easy to care for corals.

SPS remind me of bonsai.
Success, success, success, 5 minutes lack of attention, total failure.
