When is bioload reached?

How do you know when enough is enough when it comes to adding fish? Is the number important, or the combined length of the fish? I have a 125 with:

try to go biggest to smallest

kole tang
Orange shoulder tang
Sailfin tang
Melanarus wrasse
Falco hawk fish
Midas blenny
Leopard wrasse
2 chromis
Green mandarin

12 fish total
