When should I begin to worry?

Got a bubble tip anemone on Friday, turned off powerhead and it looked like it was doing good and get up Saturday and it’s missing. I searched filter and every crevice and hole I can see, how long before I should be concerned about it being missing?

They can shrink up to tiny things that are hard to find.

Exactly.... it's under a rock in an area where you CANT see, I'm 99% positive. It's trying to figure out lighting and flow.

How big was it when you got him, and how big is the tank and rocks? Mine was about 12” or so with a foot the size of a softball before it split, and when I moved him to a new tank, he got pretty small and would get lost behind rocks.

Without covering your powerheads though, you’re playing a dangerous game of chicken......

Fully open it was about 3-4 inches across, so I’m assuming it’s the size of a marble when it’s closed up

Oh yeah...... Those are easy to lose!

I would give it time, assuming there is no reason to believe it was chewed up
