I’ve had my biocube 32 setup for a little over a month and I’ve dosed lots of bacteria in it and have 4 fish, some hermits and snails. I’ve done 1 10 gallon water change due to high nitrites at one point and then I’ve also done 2 5 gallon water changes in the last 2 weeks just completing the second this morning. I’ve had chemipure elite and seachem purigen in there since the tank began. I was wondering when it’s best I change those out? Thanks!

That's where you kinda goofed. During cycle you don't want to have the Chemi-pure or purigen in. It could interfere with the cycle.

Well I did lol so should I change it out now or no? My cycle is fully done

Purigen you can tell when it’s exhausted, it goes from a bright white to a dark yellow/brown colour. You can recharge it see link - https://www.seachem.com/purigen.php
Just scroll down to the regeneration section.
I have no experience with chemi pure, sorry
