So I just bought a decently sized colony of GSP’s. Acclimated them and put them in about an hour ago, how long until they start coming out? Should I move them somewhere else?

Mine took a day to start to open and I've heard of them taking longer. Give them a little time.

I got 2 separate frags recently and they both took a good while to fully open - about 3 days. And one piece that I fragged upon arrival took over a week to open. Gsp has taken the longest of any coral in my experience to open up fully.

Has the color of the GSP skin changed at all? Looks a little pale to me. The areas circled have small polyps trying to come out, monitor these for health. Looks like a lot of sediment building up on these too, how’s the flow on these coral?

My experience is 2-4 days. Assure they are an area of water flow (doesn't have to agitate them as long as it is moderate)

If you dipped them they are just mad and can take a bit to open up. They are just getting used to new tank water. You should start to see a couple polyps poking out soon.

Mine were so so to start with and then I put good flow on them and now they are out and proud.
