When To Add Anemone

For a new tank, would it be better to add an anemone before any corals since it will move? Or it wouldn't matter too much?

Probably a good idea, in my experience once they settle in they stay put. Be aware though, they do grow and get significantly bigger. They also split and reproduce and the splits could show up anywhere in the tank.

I love my bubble tips, but keeping the population down can be a struggle.

you can add one just be aware you will have a few in about a year lol
