so I’ve had a 10 gallon for a year now and I’m ready to upgrade to a 30 gallon . When I transfer everything over to the 30. I was going to wait a month or two to make my water perimeters are stable and then add the anemone . Is that okay or do I have to wait another 6 months

When you do your transfer, make sure you use all new sand, reusing your old sand can kick up alot of trapped detritus and dead organics that can cause an ammonia spike in the new tank. And wait at least 1 to 2 months as when you do tank transfers will all new sand you will get a little bit of the tank uglies. Once you see the algae blooms go away, you're probably safe to add it then :)

Thank you for the help . :)

Agree, as long as you have enough established live rock it's just a swap up w/ no real cycle, and I also use new sand, maybe seeded w/ a scoop or top half inch of your old.
Keep on WC's good for a while to keep in check
