When to change filter media?

I setup my biocube 32 on June 2nd and added filter floss, chemipure elite, and seachem purigen. I used bottled bacteria (turbo start 900 and bio-spira) to help jump start my tank and now have 4 fish, some snails, and hermits and everything seems to be doing great! I originally had my set date to change the filter media on August 2nd but was considering doing it July 2nd instead since this was a new tank and I’m sure that media got dirty pretty fast. Should I do that or should I wait till around August 2nd to change it out? Thanks!

Also I change filter floss out every Monday and Thursday so don’t think I’ve had the same one in for a month lol
