when to do your first water change

I'm three weeks in cycle on a new 130. When would you do the first water change and what percent of water?

I did mine a week b4 i added my fish which was around 5 weeks. But preferably after the tank cycles.

I suggest doing one when your ammonia and nitrite reach zero and the nitrates are up. Then add cuc or a fish.
