Hey guys, im getting into dosing in my 13.5 Fluval. I just picked up a red sea reefdose, and am currently dialing in my daily doses of calc/alk. My question is, once i figure out dosing volumes, Is it better to dose once at night/through out the night when photosynthetic energy is low, or is it better to dose through out the 24hrs in the day?

You may find that based on the small amounts for your tank size that it's easier to dose off-peak. But there's certainly no harm in dosing throughout the day as well.
My concern is that due to the small size of the tank, dosing only at night might swing the parameters too much for the corals liking. Where as doing a steady dose throughout the day would steadily maintain levels as the corals consume what they need. Thats my thought process.... im working to get my alk up to 9.5-10ish, then ill dial down the dose until it holds steady, but here is what im looking at
