When to get cleaner shrimp?

Hey guys! I currently have a 10g quarantine tank with 2 clownfish and I am keeping them there until I set up my 40 breeder. I was looking into getting a skunk cleaner shrimp for my tank, but I was told you have to have a well established tank to have one. I am new to the hobby and my 10g is about a month in now. When do you think would be a right time to get one? Thanks!

I'm far from an expert, but my fire shrimp was the first critter in my habitat. I have been feeding him/her to keep it happy and build nutrients while I wait for my fish to finish QT (I am not doing the QT myself). I also have some snails, ulva, and 2 frags in there. They will all have been in there fallow/fishless 6 weeks at 81F when the fish are ready.

Idk why everywhere says they’re insanely sensitive. I added mine 2 days after I finished cycling. I don’t think I’d add them to a qt though in case you need to medicate the fish. Shrimp wouldn’t do well with meds, copper or lower salinity.
