When to ICP Test?

Looking at performing an ICP test on my tank for the first time. When should it be done relative to a regular water change? Just before the change? Just after?

I do mine, 2 days after a water change...if I do one. I don't do them hardly ever anymore though.

If your going to test do it a couple days after a water change.
