When to Raising Salinity in QT

My new fish, headed for my QT, are coming from tanks at 1.019. I understand and agree to match the salinity of my QT to fish coming. So I'll adjust the QT to match at 1.019. So my question is how and when to raise the salinity to match my DT's salinity at 1.025? Before or after prophylactic treatments of meds?

Many of the disease causing parasites have difficulty in low salinity water. I would keep it at 1.019 until the treatments are done. Then ramp it up. It might be just a bit more effective and every little bit helps.
