When to re-add livestock after "move"

Well I didn't move but all my live stock had too. My 150 oceanic sprung a leak. I had to find a new tank. The price of a custom tank was steep. $900-1500. Well crawling a last resort, Craigslist, I came across an up and running tank about an hour away. Same dimensions, in fact, it was the exact model I would have ordered custom made from Visio tanks from LosAngeles.

So I bought that tank and all its live stock and equipment. I've got it on my old stand, refilled, aquscaped, and now am about to re introduce my livestock and the newly acquired fish from the other tank.

Since I am using all my live rock that had stayed wet from before the leak, new sand (@1/2") how long until I can put fish back in and should I slowly add them over a week or is one or two big loads acceptable? What about invertebrates and corals? Anemones?

Whenever I move, I get the tank filled and heat the water. After everything is at a temperature I want I put my rock in (those that don't contain corals) and scape the tank. I then drip acclimate everything (rocks with corals / anemones, fish & inverts) and then add them all to the tank in one go. This usually happens within a 24-36 hour period. I also save a large amount of the original water, so only about half of it is new. I figure it's like doing a massive water change. I've moved tanks around to different houses / changed tanks about 5 times without any adverse results.

And since you already have the tank running I'd think you'd be good to go. If you're worried, do a quick parameter test just to make sure!
