When to start feeding again?

Well it seems 97% of my tank survived the Texas winter, it has been running again for almost 24 hours, im slowly raising temp back to normal. The big question is when to start feeding my fish again, nutrients are a little high but this guys havent eat for 4 days. My lfs told me not to feed them until i got power back, that thay could hold themselves for a week, but now that the tank is up, when can i feed them.

I think you could feed them now since you have power back and currently in the process of raising the temp back to normal levels.
