Hello Reefer's
I am in the process of setting up my tank, and yes I will start a build thread from start to finish when I get time. I am doing a fishless cycle with Dr. Tim's one and only and ammonium chloride, and it is in it's latter stages of cycling, no diatoms, cyno, or any kind of algae yet and I am wondering when do I need to start my lighting period. attached are a few pics of my build so far.
Than you in advance

I always start everything at the same time. The day it gets water, everything is on and running like it normally would.

So one person has said wait as long as possible and another the day it gets water...I'm going to say just start now. I waited until my cycle was complete myself.

I started my lights the day it had water in it, really anytime like you are ready. I dont think there is a right or wrong answer here.

Thanks everyone for your replies, and it looks like there are different opinions, I hope there will be more replies so I can tally the votes and go from there.
Thanks
