When to turn on UV after cycle

Just completed my fishless cycle in 14 days!! I used turbo start 900 + Microbacter7 and all parameters are at 0, nitrates at 20ppm.

I’m adding clowns and contemplating if I should turn on my UV once I do. To start prevention of parasites and lessen ugly stage alge.

Will the UV stun bacteria growth or will it have no effect?
