When will the 24" be back in stock?

Never mind. They don't update their website, they refunded my money. Then added the one I bought that they don't have back to their not updated website, go figure. Note to self NEVER order ANYTHING from OSA Choice again.

Just ordered a 48" for OSA Choice and I must say they were a pleasure to deal with. Very helpful and informative over the phone and even brought up the mistake they made with a 24" unit the other day. Very nice and humble people. Defiantly recommend using them to anybody. A quick phone call can do wonders

A simple email can do wonders, which is all they had to do. I only know what I know because I did call them.
The truth is you can't tell what is in stock on their website because they don't update it. So you HAVE to call them.

Every time I am going to place a large order with a company online, I always call before placing the order. I totally get why people would just assume what they see online is what is in stock. But in days like today where international shipments, let alone any shipment can be delayed, I'd rather not have hundreds of dollars floating around in limbo waiting for a "shipment confirmation" email to arrive.
I just think it kinda sucked that a company got a bad rap for an online stock error. Especially when I experienced great customer service and a company which seems to work hand and hand with Logan at reefbreeders.

OSA is based out of Coventry, RI- about 30 minutes from us. They are good people. The owner Scott is no computer wiz, so a couple things don't have the correct stock status. And he's a busy guy running the website plus a retail store with 5+ employees, and service accounts.

I definitely understand your frustration- my girlfriend searched everywhere for a bicycle, and finally ordered from a site that said it was in stock, only to find out it was on backorder. The supply chain is messed up for everyone right now.

We will make an announcement as soon as everything is in stock again. The good news is our latest batch is in QC testing, so we're close to getting these shipped (4 weeks is average shipping time to our shop from factory).

3-4 weeks before Bulk Reef Supply will have them. They're in transit now. It's hard to give an exact date as we are dealing with high demand, production delays, etc. But we are working hard to get these back in stock. Our inventory in RI is expected 11/10.

So I was right you meant months not weeks. Well I already bought different lights for the tank. Now I got a new build going and I'm down to just needing the lights-----------
I can't imagine that if I owned a ReefBreeders light already and it broke how long it might take to get it fixed under warranty.

Define "worth". I'm old. I can no longer measure my time left on this earth in decades.
Okay, Ill play along......Worth: the value of something measured by its qualities or by the esteem in which it is held.

Seeing that youre "old" i would have imagined you knew the definition of the word "worth" ;p Even an old dog can learn new tricks. haha
