Where are all the older chalices at?

I hardly see any of the older chalices now posted to show or even for sale. Are people hoarding them, died, or is there just no interest anymore?
Example chalices would be: bazooka joe, tec watermelon, orenji, bpc flamethrower, and the holy grail jabawaki that till this day have yet to see a frag for sale

They are still around.

I just think people focus on the "Latest and Greatest" on this site because many Chalice collectors have Mummy Eye or Watermelon.

I have actually never heard of any of the names you posted besides Bazooka Joe so I will have to look them up.

What does tec stand for?

The Pictures look like Tyree Watermelon to me.

That Reef Guy said it....has to be the "latest and greatest" so they can charge 100 or more per frag. I have to give away Miami Hurricane or mummy eye, or if I'm lucky get $5 per frag.

I have one of the TEC watermelons. Grew it from a booger for about 3 or 4 years.

+1 the last person I knew with it was nycpassat a local reefer and friend that had bought it from wwc during a livesale they had for 1k . I know he lost it a few months back and has since taken a break from reefing. As for the others in the OP list I have still have Bazooka Joe and BpC Flamethrower had the orenji and tec watermelon but lost them awhile back

That is it? 5.00

Mummy Eye goes for like 75-100 Here
Miami Hurricane goes for like 40-60 Here

And Michigan is known for the place to get cheap corals.
