Not seeing a lot of WAMAS activity on R2R, how many members are here? would be nice to see more activity for the DMV folks to help keep people informed of local frag swaps, club meetings, new store openings and other topics of interest to the local reefing community.

It’s the Washington Area Marine Aquarist Society.. basically a club for like minded people in the DMV area to exchange ideas and information on reef keeping, they have club meetings several times a year with guest speakers and free give aways, they also usually host a couple frag swaps a year... you can get more information here..

Hey man I just joined r2r and I’m looking for people to trade with in the Maryland area

Hello...
I'm in WAMAS.
I would love to trade but right now, only thing I can trade is a complete 110 gallon reef set up for money.
I have a for sale post here on R2R and on WAMAS.
I'm moving and have a 180 gallon tank that will be replacing my 110 gallon.

Feel free to check out my for sale thread.

I am an Honorary WAMAS member because I spoke there a few years ago.

I don't remember what I spoke about, probably supermodels or hair.
