Where are the baby snails coming from

Here in the last month I have spotted two baby snails. Different species. One looks like a baby nasirus snail ( I’m sure I spelled that wrong. Lol) it has the little tube and hides under the sand. The other is just a tiny snail. No idea where these came from. From what I have read turbos don’t reproduce in aquariums. I do have a snail that I thought was a nasirus but turned out it wasn’t. I’ll attach his picture too. He’s really big. Here are pictures. Sorry these aren’t the best pictures. Can only do so much with an iPhone. Lol

That last pic appears to be a whelk. If it is a whelk and they’re breeding in your tank you’re gonna have to start pulling them every night for a while.

Can you get a pic of the bottom of that snail?

Of the big one or little one? The little one never climbs the glass. I’ll look and see if I can find a pic of the bottom of the big one.

Gary, after the snail on Spongebob, finally came out and started up the glass to the top of the tank where he likes to do the Nestea Plunge to the bottom of the tank. Here is a picture of his bottom and side.

Babylon snail. They are often mislabeled and sold as "Fancy Nassarius", or "Speckled Nassarius" snails, but they are not safe for the reef aquarium.

Why are they not safe? I read that they sometimes kill other snails and will eat clams but Gary has been a good boy so far. He hasn’t bothered any of my other snails, not even the little ones, and I don’t plan on ever having clams so I’m hoping he will be ok. I have a personal issue with killing any kind of critter, hence my large population of bristle worms, so I’m hoping Gary will remain a good boy. If not maybe I can find someone with a fuge to put him in. He also hasn’t bothered my pistol shrimp or my brittle star but now I’m wondering if he’s been the reason for my peppermint shrimp dissapearing.
