It believe it comes to you from the retailer you purchase it from (i.e. Algae Barn), and they get it, wholesale, from ORA.

I'm glad ORA is in Florida. My LFS gets ORA stuff all the time and way cheaper than online sellers. I bought two snowflake clowns for less than $30 dollars a piece from them recently. The other one is black.
