Marco Rocks has a good reputation. I have bought some of Bulk Reef Supplies, Reef Saver rock and it is good. Neither is particularly expensive. If you want cheap and have time, you can often buy rock from a local reefer. Often it is loaded with all sorts of stuff. So it is a good idea to acid wash it with dilute muriatic acid and then cure it (put in salt water with a powerhead for a few weeks) and check to see if it is leaching phosphates. But that is time consuming. When I started out, I was a bit too excited to get into it to think about doing such a thing.
