Where can I find this? Dual Mini Media Reactor

I have been looking everywhere for this particular Dual Chamber Media Reactor. It looks similar to a BRS Dual Media Reactor except that it uses 5" X 2.5" RODI filter canister instead of the 10" X 2.5" standard ones. I am wanting to replicate Eschulist's 3 Foot Nano Reef build in which he uses a custom BRS dual mini reactor. Here is a screenshot from the video:

If you can point me to where I can purchase this I would greatly appreciate it. I am wondering if this could just be two separate single mini reactors that are just plumbed together? Is that possible?

Regular dual reactor from BRS with the mini canisters.

That actual picture looks to just 2 mini's plumbed together.

As the other poster stated, looks like BRS reactors plumbed together. You might have to buy extra plumbing parts, not sure what all comes with there current setup. If you know exactly what you are hooking it up to, then I'm sure BRS can get all the plumbing parts to make it work in your system.
What might be throwing you are the tops which don't match what they sell now. Here is a link from 2016 of someone selling the reactor and it has the same top as in the video, just appears to have been painted a different color in the video or maybe they used to come in different colors.
