Where can I get 3 FOOT filter socks?

I can find smaller ones everywhere, but not the big 36" ones. I had three and was rotating them....till the wife decided it would be ok to wash them with the dog's (boxer) bedding. They now have so much hair in them that I'm afraid it will come out and a fish could get it lodged in their intestines or something. Those short hairs are like little bristles. And please tell me any places you know of. Don't stop soon as I get one answer. I want to price check them for the best price.

Contact Dirk Griffin. I think he sells all sorts is filter socks. At least he did at the Fargo frag swap in January... Other than him I don't know, sorry.

Cool...He's the one I bought from last time, but I couldn't remember his name. I've got old emails from him too. Anybody know any other sources? They were about $40 for three of them last time, but it sure would be nice to find them cheaper.

I've heard people found ones they use for milking cows and they work great. I don't know myself but could give it a shot

Making them: Not going to happen. I'd rather have something that works.

Ebay: yes, they only have the shorter ones. Cow milking? I don't know why they would need a 3 foot sock filter when the cow's udder is only a few inches from the ground. But maybe... any idea where to start looking in that direction?
