Where did this come from

I did a 5 gallon water change today, my second one since I started the tank. Found this shrimp floating around. I only put in 1 cleaner shrimp. What is this second shrimp which looks like a “ghost” version of cleaner shrimp.the water I added was in the bucket for about a week.
Any ideas? Please help?

It's the molted exoskeleton. Shrimp and crabs molt periodically as they grow.

I have no clue what that means? Sorry. Do you mean the cleaner shrimp creates another one from itself?

Just the shrimps skin. They shed their skin. First time I saw it, I thought mine had died then when I saw the live one I freaked out! Means it's growing!

No double shrimp. Just his dead skin. Remove it from the tank.

Think of a snake that sheds it's skin, a shrimp molts, or sheds its version of "skin"

As shrimp grow they will shed their exoskeleton similar to a snake shedding its skin. Pretty cool really. Never caught one in the act...just lots of empty skins.
