Where did this crab come from?!

We have had a fresh tank set up for 6 months. No live rock no sand. All we have had in the tank are some zoas we Bayer dipped twice and put into recovery, 2 clown fish and 3 Molly fish. Where the heck did this little guy come from?! And what kind of crab might he be?

He's super small so hard to tell the species, he could be just white right now due to age, could come into coloration and complete different look as he grows a little bigger.

Even after the bayer dip? That's crazy! We haven't had anything in the tank for over 3 months just fish. He must of been so small we didn't see him! Thank you!
