Where do I put a macro algae reactor?

So I am new to saltwater sumps and would like to incorporate a macro algae reactor to my system. I have a Two Fishes 150 reactor that have lighting works out for. I am curious to as at what stage in my filtration cycle would be the most beneficial for my whole system cycle.
It is a 55gal with a 10gal sump.

I would order it like this is space allows:
1. filter socks (water intake)
2. skimmer chamber
3. refugium/macro algae chamber
4. return pump chamber

 

[Spare time]

Pretty much anywhere after the filter socks works.
